These terms apply to the Cardstreet Breaker Program and to hosting live breaks on Cardstreet Live. They are in addition to the Cardstreet Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply in full. Where these terms conflict with the general Terms of Service, these terms control for the Breaker Program only.
Terms of Service · Privacy Policy
You must be at least 18 years old and based in Thailand. Payouts and shipping are tied to Thai bank accounts and Flash Express, so we cannot onboard breakers outside Thailand at this time.
Approved breakers need a Cardstreet account and must complete Stripe identity verification (Thai ID and bank account) before hosting. You sell as the merchant of record, so Stripe must verify you before money can move.
You confirm that the information in your application is accurate. Misrepresenting your experience, identity, inventory, or business is grounds for rejection or removal from the program.
Submitting an application does not create any agreement to onboard you, and does not guarantee approval. We may decline any application, for any lawful reason, without explanation.
We may review your application, your public content, and your Cardstreet account history. Selected applicants complete a test stream before hosting publicly. We do not commit to a review timeline.
Applying, being reviewed, and completing a test stream are unpaid. You are not owed any fee, reimbursement, or compensation for time spent on the application process.
Breakers are independent sellers using the Cardstreet platform. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship. You control your own schedule, pricing, inventory, and presentation.
Cardstreet does not promise any level of sales, viewers, audience growth, or income. What you earn depends on your own pricing, inventory, and audience.
You are responsible for your own equipment, internet, inventory, and for any taxes arising from your sales.
Broadcasting access is granted per account and may be limited, paused, or withdrawn. Features, break formats, and fees may change as the product develops.
We do not guarantee that streaming, chat, checkout, or any other part of the platform will be available or uninterrupted. We are not liable for sales lost to an outage, a failed stream, or a scheduling change.
Only genuine product may be broken or sold. Counterfeit, proxy, reproduction, resealed, or tampered product is strictly prohibited, as it is everywhere on Cardstreet. Describe what you are breaking accurately, including the set, the product type, and the number of packs per spot.
Cardstreet Live supports specific break formats (for example personal breaks, pick your pack, random pack, chase breaks, and pack wars). Run the format you advertised, on the product you advertised, at the spot count and price you advertised. Do not change the terms of a break after spots have sold.
Opening, sorting, and assigning cards must happen on stream, on camera, so buyers can see what they received. Do not open advertised product off stream.
Sleeve and protect hits promptly, keep each buyer’s cards separated, and keep accurate records of what belongs to whom.
Where a format assigns packs or hits at random, you must use Cardstreet’s built-in randomizer. It draws entropy server-side and derives the assignment from a recorded seed, so the result is fixed before the reveal and cannot be re-rolled by a later purchase.
Each randomization is written to an immutable audit log with its seed and full assignment map. Anyone can reproduce the shuffle from the published seed and confirm the outcome.
Manipulating, re-running, substituting, or circumventing the randomizer, or presenting a different result on stream from the one recorded, is a serious breach. It is grounds for immediate removal from the program and may result in withheld funds pending investigation.
Spots are sold through Cardstreet checkout during the stream. Payment is taken on the platform. Do not solicit or accept payment for a break outside Cardstreet.
The same fee ladder as the rest of the marketplace applies: 9% of the item price for standard sellers, 5% for Cardstreet Pro subscribers and Partner sellers, descending to 2% at the top partner tiers.
You sell as the merchant of record, so funds settle into your connected Stripe account and Stripe’s processing fee is deducted from your balance. That fee goes to Stripe, not to Cardstreet.
Spot prices carry no shipping charge. Shipping is billed to the buyer separately after the stream (see section 8), so do not advertise a spot as including shipping.
Unsold spots remain yours, and any packs assigned to them stay on the record. If a break cannot run as advertised, spots must be refunded.
When a stream is settled, each buyer’s cards from that stream are grouped into a single Flash Express parcel and a single shipping fee, quoted on the combined weight and paid by the buyer afterward. Do not ship spot orders individually as they sell.
Pack cards so they survive transit, and ship once the buyer has paid the shipping fee for that stream. Repeated late or unshipped parcels are grounds for removal from the program.
No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, or illegal activity on stream or in chat. You are responsible for moderating your own chat.
Do not claim to speak for Cardstreet, promise outcomes on our behalf, or present yourself as our employee or agent.
You are responsible for ensuring your streams and the formats you run comply with all laws that apply to you. Cardstreet may restrict or withdraw any break format at any time.
Cardstreet may record, store, and replay your streams, including for dispute resolution and platform safety.
You grant Cardstreet a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display your stream content and your shop name, avatar, and stream titles for the purpose of operating and promoting Cardstreet Live. You keep ownership of your content.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you broadcast, including any music you play. Do not stream content you are not permitted to use.
Cardstreet may suspend or withdraw broadcasting access at any time, including immediately and without notice where we believe buyer funds, break integrity, or user safety are at risk.
You can leave the program at any time. Obligations you already owe buyers survive: any break you have already sold spots in must be completed, settled, and shipped, or refunded.
We may update these terms as Cardstreet Live develops. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to host after an update means you accept the revised terms.
